Warranty

If the repair fails within the first six months or first use, you can send it back and have it fixed at no cost.

If the item is irreversibly damaged in our care, we will replace the items at equal value and issue a refund.

Bottom line, whatever the issue is, we will do our best to make it right

Some other things to note…

You do not need to wash your gear before sending it in. HOWEVER, if your gear smells extremely foul, (cigarette smoke, body odor, etc) you will be subject to a small fee upon payment collection.
